I’ve long been an advocate of using futuristic robots to pummel criminals into submission, and here at last is the LAPD BatCat (which is neither batlike nor catlike) to fulfill my thug-stomping dreams. It’s less a robot than it is a giant bulletproof crane/forklift of death, but it’ll do. Oh, it’ll do.
