That’s from Jane Brody’s recent New York Times article about a new study that says what you eat is more likely to impact your weight and overall health than how much you eat. The people behind the study argue that eating everything in moderation isn’t realistic for many Americans, and yet they seem to believe that forgoing steak and soda and chips is somehow a more plausible option. Just stop with the studies and invent an internal liposuctioning nanobot already, people. You’re wasting time.

Two Pound Nacho Helmet Can Easily Double As Modern Art Piece Criticizing American Gluttony. That’s an overturned White Sox batting helmet stuffed with two pounds of low quality nachos. You know how those little helmet mini-sundaes at the ballpark are so cute and nostalgic? Well, this produces the exact opposite sentiment.

The Goverment Was Wrong About Eggs, Which Is AWESOME. The US Department of Agriculture recently discovered that eggs are lower in cholesterol than they first thought, and higher in Vitamin D. Finally, a government report that has nice things to say about tasty food, instead of “don’t salt that” or “don’t butter your bacon.” Take it from someone who lost 70 pounds thanks to eating eggs frequently: Eggs are your friend, and they are fantastic.
